Hysbysiad Preifatrwydd l Privacy Notice
Er mwyn cydymffurfio â Deddf Diogelu Data 2018 a Rheoliad Cyffredinol ar Ddiogelu Data (GDPR y DU), mae’n ofynnol i ysgolion gyhoeddi Hysbysiad Preifatrwydd i blant a phobl ifanc a/neu eu rhieni neu warcheidwaid. Mae’r hysbysiad hwn yn nodi pa wybodaeth bersonol sydd yn cael ei chadw am ddisgyblion, pam y caiff ei chasglu, ac â phwy y gall yr wybodaeth hon gael ei rhannu.
Mae’r Hysbysiad Preifatrwydd hwn yn egluro sut mae gwybodaeth bersonol ac wybodaeth am berfformiad eich plentyn yn cael ei chasglu, ei defnyddio a’i phrosesu gan yr ysgol, Cyngor Sir Gaerfyrddin (yr Awdurdod Lleol), a Llywodraeth Cymru.

To comply with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), schools are required to issue a Privacy Notice to children and young people and/or their parents or guardians. This notice outlines the personal information held about pupils, the reasons for collecting it, and the third parties with whom it may be shared.
This Privacy Notice explains how your child’s personal and performance information is collected, used, and processed by the school, Carmarthenshire County Council (the Local Authority), and the Welsh Government.
